This page is for partners who use the Foxfire Partner Portal, on the web at portal.playfoxfire.com or in the Foxfire Partner Portal app for iPhone and Android. The developer of the app is Foxfire Games.
Delete your account in the app or the portal
- Sign in to the Foxfire Partner Portal app or portal.playfoxfire.com.
- Open Profile, then the Security tab.
- Press Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and press Delete my account again.
We sign you out and send your request to our partner desk.
Delete your account by email
If you cannot sign in, email salesdesk@playfoxfire.com from the email address on your account. Use the subject "Delete my Foxfire Partner Portal account". We may ask you to confirm the request.
What we delete
We finish deletion within 30 days. We delete your login, your profile and profile photo, your contact details, your push alert device tokens, your Foxfire AI questions, and your notification settings. Your sign in to the Portal, Foxfire University, the Leaderboard and Foxfire AI stops working.
What we keep
We keep commission, payout and tax records, and signed partner agreements, for as long as the law requires. Then we delete them. Leads you submitted belong to the venue's record and stay with it.
