Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Foxfire Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit playfoxfire.com or contact us through the site. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, venue type, and any message. When you browse the site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical data such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and general location derived from your IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate venue fit, schedule a call, and follow up about Foxfire Games. We use technical and analytics data to understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure our marketing.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate, including our hosting provider, our analytics provider, and the email and form tools we use to follow up with you. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and Analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool, PostHog, configured in a cookieless mode so it does not set analytics cookies or track you across other websites. It helps us understand aggregate traffic and measure our marketing. PostHog also records anonymized session replays of how visitors move through our pages so we can improve usability. These replays mask everything you type into forms, so we never capture your name, email, phone number, or message content. If we later add cookie-based analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first, and you can always control cookies through your browser settings.

When you visit our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

When you submit a form, we also record which pages you viewed during that visit, how long each page was open, the first page you arrived on, and the site that referred you. We attach this to your inquiry so we know which of our pages answered your question. It is stored for the visit only. It is held in your browser session, it is discarded when you close the tab, and it is never linked to you unless you choose to submit a form. It sets no cookie and it does not follow you to other websites.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children's Privacy

The site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
