You Make the Intro. We Do the Rest.

The reason this works for people with day jobs and existing businesses is that the hard, slow, technical parts are not yours.

What you do

Open the door

  • Think of a venue. A bar, club, restaurant, shop, or laundromat where you already know the owner.
  • Send them a two-pager. It is already written, already approved, and already in your portal with your name on it.
  • Make the introduction. Text, call, or forward your tracked link. That is the job.
  • Submit the deal. One form in your portal, and it is tracked from there.

If you can introduce two people who should know each other, you can do this.

What Foxfire does

Everything else

  • Run the meeting. Our team answers the owner's questions, including the legal ones.
  • Write and sign the contract. You never draft a document or negotiate terms.
  • Deliver and install, free. Zero cost to the venue. No wiring project, no construction.
  • Service it every month. Maintenance, collections, and support are ours, permanently.

You are never the one holding a wrench or a legal question.

Picture the rooms you already walk into. This is what a placement looks like.

The Commission, Published.

No mystery tiers and no hidden qualifiers. This is the schedule, and it is the same one running inside your partner portal.

Referral partner compensation schedule
Position on the dealRatePaid on
Venues you bring 10% The profit from every machine at that venue, every month it runs.
Venues brought by a partner you personally referred 3% The profit from every machine they place. One step only. If they refer someone else, you earn nothing on that person's deals.
Combined cap 13% The maximum paid across both positions on any one deal. There is no third position, so there is nothing deeper to pay out.

Commission is recurring. It is not a one time finder's fee. As long as the machine is placed and running, the deal keeps paying. Every deal, every rate, and every payout is visible in your portal, so you can check the math yourself instead of taking our word for it.

Two People Get Paid. That Is the Whole Structure.

This is not multi-level and there is no downline to build. Commission stops one step above the person who brought the venue. Here is a single deal, all the way through.

Whoever referred your sponsor Not on this deal. Not paid. There is no level above your sponsor that earns anything. $0
Payouts stop here
The partner who referred you Your direct sponsor, and only your direct sponsor. 3%
You. You brought the venue. Every month the machine runs. 10%

One deal. 13% total, split between two people. Nobody else earns a cent off it.

It works the same in the other direction. Refer a partner and they earn 10% on the venues they bring, you earn 3% on those, and it ends there. If they refer someone, you are not paid on that person's deals. Your earnings come from venues you bring and from partners you personally referred. Nothing deeper.

How the Machines Actually Work

Every owner asks the same question in the first two minutes. Here is the answer, and it is also the reason the system is legal.

01

Walk up and browse

A player picks a game on a commercial-grade video game system. Nothing is running against them yet.

02

Preview the outcome

The Predetermine Preview shows the exact result before the player pays anything. They know what they are getting.

03

Play it through

The result was already stored in a database. Button presses, timing, and game choice have zero effect on it.

04

Redeem

The player collects the outcome they were already shown. The business keeps 25% of the revenue. Foxfire Operations takes 75% and pays for the machine, the install, and the service.

Close up of the Foxfire cabinet screen showing the outcome before play.
The Predetermine Preview. The player sees the result before paying, which is the detail the whole legal position rests on.

If you know the result before you pay, there is no unknown. No unknown means no chance. No chance means it is not gambling under the law.

Most Programs Give You a Link. You Get a Business.

This is the part other referral programs skip. Every one of these is live in your portal the day you are certified.

Training

Foxfire University

Real lessons, real quizzes, and a certificate with your number on it. You do not walk into a venue guessing what to say.

Files

Your sales vault

Ten files in three folders. A personalized two-pager to text a venue and a print version to hand over, the full marketing packet, materials cut by state and by business type.

Rules

Compliance center

The approved language sheet so you never say the wrong thing, the rules for your state in plain English, and where machines can and cannot go.

Links

Tracked links and QR codes

Your own playfoxfire.com link and QR code for every venue. See the clicks, the unique visitors, and when it was last opened.

Site

A landing page with your name on it

Your own version of this website, built automatically, with your contact details on it. Nothing to set up.

Portal

Every deal and payout, visible

Submit a deal, watch it move, and see exactly what you are owed and what has been paid. No asking someone for a number.

Questions Answered in Seconds, Not Next Tuesday.

An owner asks you something you do not know. That moment decides the deal. Here is what you reach for.

Instant

Foxfire AI

  • Ask anything about the machines, the states, the rules, or the paperwork.
  • It answers from the actual Foxfire knowledge base, including the legal documentation.
  • Built into your portal, so you can pull an answer up standing in the venue.

You never have to say "let me get back to you" and lose the room.

Human

Your sponsor and the Foxfire team

  • The partner who brought you in has a direct financial reason to help you close.
  • Foxfire runs the venue meeting, so the hard questions are not yours to field alone.
  • Deal stuck or a venue nervous about the law? Send the certification and bring us in.

Your sponsor earns 3% when you close. Their incentive is your close rate.

This Works If You Already Know People.

Good fit
  • You have real relationships with local business owners. Bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, laundromats.
  • You are comfortable making an introduction and then letting our team take it from there.
  • You want income that keeps paying after the work is done, not a one time check.
  • You will spend a couple of hours getting certified before you start.
Not a fit
  • You are looking for a salaried job. This is commission on placed machines.
  • You want to buy machines and run a route. That is a different conversation, and not this one.
  • You were hoping for something that pays without ever talking to anyone.
  • You do not want to learn the legal answer well enough to say it out loud.

Partner Questions

Is it legal?

Eclipse Compliance Testing, an ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 accredited independent testing laboratory accredited by A2LA, audited the system at the source-code level and certified it. Their written verdict is quoted on this page. Every venue receives that certification document with its installation, and Foxfire is independently certified at the source-code level. Your portal carries the specific rules for your state.

What does it cost me to start?

Nothing. There is no buy-in, no inventory, no machine purchase, and no fee of any kind. If a program asks you to buy something before you can earn, that is not this.

What is the 10% actually paid on?

10% of the profit from every machine at every venue you bring. It is paid monthly for as long as that machine is placed and running. It is not a one time finder's fee at signing.

What is the 3%, and is this an MLM?

No, and the structure is the reason. There is no downline and there are no levels to climb. A deal pays exactly two people: 10% to the partner who brought the venue, and 3% to that partner's direct sponsor. That is the end of it. If your referral refers someone, you are not paid on that person's deals, because no third position exists to pay. Nobody pays to join, there is nothing to buy, and there is no inventory. If a machine never gets placed, nobody earns anything, which is the opposite of how those programs work.

Do I have to sell?

You make the introduction. Foxfire runs the meeting, answers the owner's questions, writes the contract, and installs the machine. Most of what partners do is connect the right owner to the right conversation.

When do I get paid, and how do I know the number is right?

Commission is paid monthly. Every deal you have submitted, the rate locked to it, and every payout against it are visible in your partner portal. You can check the math yourself at any time.

How long does it take to get going?

You complete Foxfire University, pass the quizzes, and get your certificate. Your portal, your files, your tracked links, and your personal landing page are provisioned automatically once you are certified. There is nothing to request and nothing to wait on a person for.

What if a venue owner asks me something I cannot answer?

Pull up Foxfire AI in your portal and ask it. If it is a question that needs a person, your sponsor and the Foxfire team step in. You are not expected to be the expert on day one, which is exactly why the training and the certification document exist.
